I’m not junk! – How to add YourPoll to your Safe Senders list

The last thing we want is for you to miss our emails!

We’ll never send you spam, we just want to tell you when a survey is ready and waiting for you in your portal!

We’ve noticed that some of our updates to our lovely Judges have been slipping into junk folders.

So, we thought we would let you know how you can add YourPoll to your Safe Senders list!

Outlook

1) Go to your Junk emails and find any email from hello@yourpoll.co.uk
2) Right-click and in the pop-up menu hover over “Junk”
3) Select “Junk email options”
4) In the window that appears, open the “Safe Senders” tab
5) Click “Add” and then type hello@yourpoll.co.uk

6) Apply

Gmail

1) Go to your Spam emails and find any email from hello@yourpoll.co.uk
Right-click and select “Not Spam”
2) Click on the 3 dots on the actions bar and select “Filter messages like these”
3) Click “Create filter”
4) Select “Never send to spam”

5) Click “Create filter”

Yahoo

1) Go to your Spam emails and find any email from hello@yourpoll.co.uk
2) Copy the email address
3) Click “Contacts” and “Add a new contact
4) Paste in the email address and save them as a contact
